I can confirm that the Health and Safety Executive holds the following information:

1. Copy of spreadsheet itemising offers, gifts, hospitality offered to HSE from Shell from 2012 - March 2017

Information for 2017/18 is not yet available. We can confirm that we hold no details of any offers of hospitality offered to HSE during that period from Exxonmobil.

Information numbered [1] can be partially disclosed and a copy is attached.

Certain personal data relating to individuals have been redacted, (edited out) as it is exempt from disclosure under Section 40 (2) ‘personal information’ of the Act.
