Please provide the FULL POD feasibility report and supporting evidence that we used to justify the Bristol Estate EWI project.

Please also provide the schedule of maintenance that is proposed over the coming years and the signed off guarantee document for Sorrell

Sorrell was previously rendered in a pebble dash type finish - when was this applied and what guarantees where in place?
