Full medical Report for Reporting Purposes

ismail made this Freedom of Information request to Home Office

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Home Office,

Mr Thomas Oatley:

"An interview does not need to be pre-arranged if it is scheduled for the same time as a reporting event. I have received the GP’s letter; this does not alter the reporting and I have repeatedly explained that you need to provide a full medical report from the consultant before we will consider changing the frequency. You are entitled of course to believe that this is not necessary, but we will not consider changing the reporting without it".

An asylum seeker does not have money.

1. What policy you hold with regard to compelling asylum seekers to provide full medical report to change a reporting date? Why does a GP letter not suffice?

2. What is your policy with respect to documentation interview? Do you invite the applicants to attend such interviews and inform them that you are going to conduct it on a specific day?

3. What is your policy for changing reporting dates?

4. What policy you hold about non-compliance?

Yours faithfully,

ismail

Dear Immigration Enforcement FOI PQ,

You indicated that a request to alter the frequency of reporting should be accompanied by a medical report. The report should include the reasons why a change to the reporting regime is recommended.

I am unable to see any policy in this respect. It will be appreciated if you could provide me with the policy which directs you to ask for a full medical report from an asylum seeker to change the reporting frequency?

Yours sincerely,

ismail

Dear Immigration Enforcement FOI PQ,

"In non-criminal casework cases, if the case remains unresolved after three years and the offender has abided by the terms of his or her temporary admission or release on restrictions, lift reporting restrictions (unless removal is imminent)".CHAPTER 55 SECTION 20.2 EIG

1. As far as this is concerned and the case is still unresolved for over 5 years, what is your policy in regard to reporting?
2. Please provide a clear and concise answer with respect to reduction of reporting frequency with a medical report? Why do you need a FULL MEDICAL REPORT?

Yours sincerely,

On the 14 May 2011 you said, "Here for last 7 years and never had it [TB]" so you have been getting financial - and every other kind of aid and support - from UK taxpayers much longer than 5 years.
Seems to me since about 2004, which is astonishing, given that on the 1Jun2011 (>4 years ago) the UKBA sent you a message saying, "you are required to leave the UK as soon as possible". [text within your correspondence on this website]
So it's an accomplishment that you and your growing family are still getting all the financial assistance and other support off UK taxpayers.
If UK Authorities need FULL Reports about anything so be it - go with the flow, you are winning hands down.

Captain Bryn Wayt,

It will be appreciated if you could refrain from being ironical in your annotations. Save the fact that:

We are teachers in this country and have paid high amounts of tax (probably more than what you are paying, if you do pay actually!).
The fact that the home office prohibits us from working since 2010 is a shame for this country The United Kingdom. So you are incorrect to say that we are living out of tax payers money when your own citizens are living on high benefits despite they are entitled to work. So rather than blaming us, better you look at the UK's system which has been corrupted by people like you who have malicious intentions and are racists..

Yours,

Dear Mr Ismail,

Let me start by immediately stating I am NOT a “racist” and it’s a card I never play - I deal only with TRUTH and FACTS.
Definition of racist in English: noun - A person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other races, or who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
-------------
I don’t even know where you come from, or even what “race” you are - I have not discriminated against you nor prejudiced you, nor judged you as inferior or superior. So don’t dare call me racist.
I also deplore, just as mightily, the insinuation of being “malicious” and “corrupted”. How dare you.

Irony is a well worn tool in writing, and if it’s detected by you, then so be it - I am pleased to say it is not against the law in England. Some notable Judges have identified it in Case Law: http://www.theguardian.com/uk/2007/dec/0...
QUOTE
Mr Justice Holman, the latest high court judge to grapple with the situation, described it as "about as bad a case as it is possible to imagine". He said taxpayer funding of the couple's two youngest children was "exquisitely ironical" because the pair "although resident here for tax purposes and liable to English taxation, manage to avoid paying any tax at all”.
UNQUOTE

As you plainly have NOT paid taxes in England for as long as I have (50 years plus, and ongoing) there is no possible truth in your proposition, “probably more than what you are paying [‘high amounts of tax’]”.

If you have not worked in England since 2010 then pray tell, how are you taxed by “corrupted people like you who have malicious intentions and are racists” and who settles the bills that befall the out-of-work and homeless?

I have not advanced the theory of, “rather blaming us” (asylum seekers?) - I hold the view that HMG are TOTALLY to blame for the obscene amounts of taxes that harding-working people have seen frittered away on the flawed and “not fit for purpose” Immigration and Asylum policies in force.

Are the owners/workers in the DAILY MAIL racist too for pointing out the mountains of taxpayer’s money being spent on just “failed aylum seekers” - £100,00 per day. “Madness on stilts” said one Labour MP.

-------------
As I said, if Authorities here in England require personal data from you then I would suggest you continue to fall in line and comply, rather than have cause to quarrel and desist.

Dear captain Wayt,

Thank you for the detailed annotation which I respect. It is clear that I am not in the intention of arguing over matters of this sort with someone who is of my father's age. I respect elders and I'm not going to respond to your message in the same way which I would have done otherwise.
My father is a Member of British Empire and I respect his work done for this country. In that sense, I still say that racism exist in the UK. Racism against intelligent migrant muslims. As tax payers, I advise people to be good citizens of this country. Those who have feelings for their country will not talk as you did. Merely paying tax is not enough.
My wife snd myself have saved numerous families in newham from being unlawfully evicted and those british families are people who have either lost their shelters or jobs. I can't comment on corrupt judges .

Thank you for being interested in me since 2010. Likewise this government also has the same particular interest leaving behind illegal migrants, students etc. Who work illegally....

Continue to show interest in me and my circumstances.
PS I do dare disputing with anybody when being accused as you did. We have fought for British interests here and abroad. Please show some respect and try to find out the background of the person before spoiling his character.
I end this conversation here bearing in mind of your age which I respect.

Regards

Mr and Mrs ismail
