Full dispersal scheme

Robert Toone made this Freedom of Information request to West Lancashire Borough Council Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, West Lancashire Borough Council should have responded by now (details). The person who made the request can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear West Lancashire Borough Council,

Can you confirm that you are taking in African refugees under the Government's full dispersal scheme?
I understand that all council authorities are required to take these people in and note with interest that this definitely has been happening on some scale nationwide.

Yours faithfully,

Robert Toone
