Full disclosure of the district councils authority in common law jurisdiction

The request was successful.

Matt-Thomas: White

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am seeking, under the Freedom of information ACT, clarity in the role of ST ALBANS DISTRICT COUNCIL and the presumed authority over every one that lives within the councils alleged jurisdiction.

I would like to know, on point please;

1: That the council are aware that the UK landmass known as the United Kingdom is under common law jurisdiction and that ST ALBANS council acts under common law jurisdiction and that the council understand the difference between legal and lawful.

2: please provide me the date of when St Albans District council became a company or a corporation, what date/time. who are the directors of this company and who is the holding company?

(there is plenty of evidence that points towards the council being a company; directors/board members, officers etc etc. please provide me with a full breakdown of who the hierarchy of this company are? how long they have served at the company? Salaries?)I know that there are nearly 450 staff but if that figure is wrong then please provide me with the exact.

3. Please provide clarity that all the people within st albans councils jurisdiction are merely employees of st albans district council in a presumed contract (whether working/unemployed/retired) in the form of national insurance numbers?

4. clarity on council tax and whether it is only applicable if you are in contract with the legal fiction resident of any address in the district? (for instance you don't know everyone personally that lives in the borough, you only know us as MR JON DOE or MRS ELIZA DIDLITTLE from information gathered and you contract with that legal fiction corporation and have no knowledge at all of who the living breathing human sentient being one under God is that also lives and breathes within this land area known as ST ALBANS)
I want clarity that the council tax is invoiced to the human and the human alone or the legal fiction and the legal fiction alone and if it is infact aimed at the legal fiction YET accepted by the human, I want to know why no disclosure of this agreement exist?

It is my belief and sworn truth that in reality ST ALBANS council is acting in a way that if all of the so called "residents" realised that you in fact have no real lawful claim of anything over them as men and women, but only with the joinder of them accepting contract with you when they affirm that they are MR or MRS or MISS or MASTER et al. that you hold on your records, then they could all lawfully stop paying anything that is ever demanded by a corporation (like yourselves) that is aimed at the legal fiction and hence aimed at something that cannot even talk?

this brings me to my 5th and final bit of information that I am requesting and that is:

5: if a man doesn't have to consent to anything that he doesn't want to consent to, and no other power can make that man consent but GOD, then is it true that if I deny any consent to ST ALBANS DISTRICT COUNCIL and indeed others within St Albans deny their consent, then we will infact be free from any presumed authority that you as a council think that you have. This includes but is not restricted to;

parking restrictions;
drinking in the streets wherever is thought to take fancy
paying any parking tickets
paying any council tax

if this is not true, and I will await your response, I would like to know how you achieve so called authority over me, a human being one under the creator and NOT subject to any councils authority.

I will be happy to Clarify any points that you need clarifying and am seeking lawful answers with colour of law to all my points.

Yours faithfully,

Without Prejudice, ill will, vexation or frivolity

Is it not a failure by said council to respond as the email disclaimer clarifies the response to the FOI requester is personal?
