Dear Sir or Madam,

Reference: Full disclosure in the public interest and on behalf of Mark Robb under whatever Act is needed any documentation in relation to the Watchdog Programme that featured Mark Robb [see you tube], various Defra members and a member of the RSPB.

Please supply a full disclosure in the public interest and on behalf of Mark Robb under whatever Act is needed any documentation and information in relation to the Watchdog Programme that featured Mark Robb, various Defra members and a member of the RSPB in 1984. This would also include the evidence held in the files of Mark Robb. The information can be sent directly to Mark Robb’s address.

Please disclose if the National Bird of Prey Centre in Newent, Glos looked after Mark Robb’s birds until they were return in 1984, if not what organisation looked after Mark Robb’s birds.

Could you please disclose the birds of prey given to the National Bird of Prey Centre in Newent, Glos until it discontinued, by the police, Customs and Excise, the RSPB, RSPCA, and Defra?

Reference; Information request in relation DNA profiling

Could I please have copies of the information generated by whatever source including letters, emails, telephone calls, notes and son on in relation to the Hawkboard, British Falconry Club, UAE Government, any other falconry organisation and Animal Health / Defra / the Department of the Environment in relation to DNA in birds of prey especially if the information involves Nottingham University, Parkin, Wettin and or the RSPB.

Given Nick Kester’s email dated 18 January 2008 can you expand on his statement that 'yes the probes were acknowledged as flawed'?

As we know Nick Kester works for Nick Fox who intern helped with the DNA profiling on feathers with Animal Health moreover I believe that Nick Kester is on the Hawkboard therefore he should be concurrent with the information on problems with the DNA profiling.

Yours faithfully,

Ross Errington
