Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'full copy of Case Manager (CM) PIP guide'.

You have provided sections 106,148:
106 Decisions without referral to the Assessment Provider (AP)
148 Questions to ask your self before referring to the AP
in a previous Whatdotheyknow

The document is electronic and numbered, what is the issue of attaching the entire document unextracted sections?

Also your reply mentioned
Case Manager - Change of Circumstances
or PIP Award Reviews

but you didnt give the appendixes and index
to enable me to revise down a request as I dont know which sections are there

There should be no work to provide the other sections as they should be one continuous document

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

Yours faithfully,

Anthony Collins
