4.Can we also have can we have over the past 10 years, a list of History of when this protocol has been enacted in any of the trusts 3 hospitals.

Thankyou

Dear [email address],
WHilst it may be impossible to give me a breakdown as per Q4 "Can we also have can we have over the past 10 years, a list of History of when this protocol has been enacted in any of the trusts 3 hospitals? -
can I ask for the numer of times it has been necessary in AAH & SWAH in each of the past 3 years.
Hoping this is manageable

Thankyou

Yours sincerely,

helen hamill

Dear [email address],
Thankyou for material sent.
Can I ask for some minor clarifications of this protocol .
1. The Document seems to be missing Appendix 1. Can you please send me this?
2. in the appendix 2 it states:
"When all 30 escalated beds are filled the next action is to proceed to implement Non Designated Beds Protocol – 16 beds across agreed areas in Table 2."
THis suggests there is further escalation? Can i please be sent that protocol as it is part of my requested information.
3. At what stige should a major event be called for patient and staff safety? Can I see that guidance.
and
4. is this cohort of patients excluded from admission? "those patients with a decision to admit in ED MUST have had a Lumira POCT completed and a negative result ( And not a known contact of COVID 19 and risk assessed regarding other suspected respiratory illness or infectious diseases)

Thanks for clarifying

sincerely,

helen hamill
