I would like to receive information regarding the fulfilment of Covid-19 testing contracts awarded by the Department of Health and Social Care under Covid-19 emergency procurement powers between March 10, 2020 and July 28, 2020.
Specifically I would like to know for each of the companies listed below:
1) Was this order/s fulfilled?
2) Was the product supplied checked to ensure it met quality requirements?
3) Is the product supplied in this order/s in use by the NHS or other government-run Covid-19 testing facilities?
