Fulfilling Eu state aids rules

Archie Riverdale made this Freedom of Information request to Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership
This authority is not subject to FOI law, so is not legally obliged to respond (details).
This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership,

Local Enterprise Partnerships are required to operate transparently, thereby giving the public confidence that decisions made are proper, based on evidence, and capable of being independently scrutinised. This includes fulfilling their legal obligations arising from distributing public money, such as checking that funding meets the EU state aid rules.

For every grant given by your organisation since 1st January 2013 please provide the name of the organisation who received funding, the amount, the date of any legal agreement and the way in which it met the legal requirement to be within the EU state aid rules.

Yours faithfully,

Archie Riverdale

Dear Archie

Apologies for the delay in coming back to you but we've been working on an e-book which we will publish shortly showing all the Local Growth Fund investments made. Please find the draft copy attached (figures are correct, there are only a few style tweaks to be made before publishing).

Hopefully this will answer your questions, but if you do need any further information, please let me know.

Kind regards

Abby Lacey
