The request was successful.

Dear Ballymena Borough Council,

Q1. Please provide the number of vehicles currently operated by the Council?

Q2. Please provide the number of occasions when any of these vehicles have been mis-fulled requiring unscheduled servicing
during each of the last three years?

Q3. Please provide the total direct cost associated with the

Dear Ben

Further to your recent request relating to the above, please not below in
response to your query:

Q1. Please provide the number of vehicles currently operated by the
Council?

We operate approximately seventy commercial vehicles on the road.

Q2. Please provide the number of occasions when any of these vehicles have
been mis-fulled requiring unscheduled servicing during each of the last
three years?

As we use a ‘Diesel card’ only system and the Depot is mostly diesel
pumps, this is unlikely and has never happened as far as I am aware.

Q3. Please provide the total direct cost associated with the mis-fuelling
events.

There is no cost as far as I am aware.

If you are unhappy with this response, you have the right to seek a review
by Council.  To do so, please contact Mr Greg Dornan, Head of Policy at

If you are still unhappy after the completion of an internal review, you
