FTT decision re UT decision NHSBA v IC & Spivack
Dear Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service,
I have searched your website - https://informationrights.decisions.trib... – and have been unable to find the FTT decision dated 9 November 2020 relating to the UT case 'NHS BUSINESS SERVICES AUTHORITY V INFORMATION COMMISSIONER AND SPIVACK' [2021] UKUT 192 (AAC). I have also searched Bailii for it without success. Please send me a copy.
