We do hold the information you have requested. However, under Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) guidelines the data you have requested is covered
by an exemption. Details of what this exemption is and comments from the
Officer managing your request are as follows:

S31 - Law enforcement

Thank you for your FOI request. We are currently working with these
businesses and have not yet made a decision if legal action is to be taken
against them or not. In the mean time I am unable to provide the
information.
