Under Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) guidelines, Colchester City
Council (CCC) is neither confirming or denying that we hold the
information for the following reasons:
We are currently working with this businesses and if the business does
not respond then we may take legal action against them, this being the
case I cannot release information at the moment .
