Dear Nasreen Shah,

Thank you for the reply. In one of the emails provided, reference is made to an FAIA on 25 April 2019 I think. It sounds as if the matter of E171 was mentioned there. Would it be possible to receive the agenda and minutes for this meeting?

Many thanks indeed.

Yours sincerely,

Vicky Cann

Nasreen Shah, Food Standards Agency

Dear Vicky Cann,

Thank you for follow-up email of 11 September in relation to the above, in particular on the reference to an FAIA on 25 April 2019.

You will wish to note that a request was received to provide a regulatory update on food additives issues, and one of the issues covered in the oral update was titanium dioxide. No minutes were taken by the FSA official nor shared with us by the host organisation after the meeting.

I hope this is helpful.

Yours sincerely,

Nasreen Shah
