Currently waiting for a response from Department for Work and Pensions, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Can you please let me know:

a). How many staff are required to deal with Frozen British Pensions - those UK pensioners living in countries that are “frozen”?
b). How much has it cost the DWP year on year for the last five years to deal with Frozen British Pensions issues or questions?
c), If the UK were to unfreeze British State Pensions tomorrow, how much would the DWP save on an annual basis?
