The Blackburn Beat event cost £42,842 which was the amount spent on the live bands, equipment and staging, the family entertainment, the beer tent and adjacent fenced area, the food offer, stewarding and security, and marketing

The Friday Night Live project involved the following venues; Blakeys, Times Bar, Molloys, Charles Napier and the Live Lounge. The total cost of the FNL project was £15,800.

In terms of profit and loss for Blakeys during FNL, the expenditure and income for the bar is detailed in the table below :
