Frequency of use of badger 'Class Licence' by Forestry Commission

The request was successful.

Dear Natural England,

Could I please request information regarding the amount of times that the Forestry Commission have registered use of their Class Licence (WML-CL26) for interference with badger setts for the purpose of conducting forestry operations, from January 1st 2014 to date.

The licence obliges them to notify NE before undertaking any action at a site.

Yours faithfully,
Jenny Mulgrew
