Dear Caerphilly County Borough Council,

I write about a Freedom of Information request and would be grateful if you could tell me the following:

In the last 12 months recorded, how many Freedom of Information requests has your organisation received?

In your response, please say how many of these responses were full disclosures, and how many requests were responded to within 20 working days?

Also, if possible, please can you give the top five reasons why requests were not replied to within the timeframe.

Thank you very much for your help.

Yours faithfully,

Bleddyn ap Dafydd
