This request is referring to document “ Impact Assessment for EU Settlement Scheme” (IA No: HO0316 )

Regarding above mentioned document I have the following information requests::

Request: Breakdown of internal & external cost
The document refers to gross cost (undiscounted) excluding capital cost of £360 - £410 million.

“The EU Settlement Scheme is expected to have a nominal gross cost (undiscounted) of between £360 million and £410 million from the opening of the scheme on a phased basis from late 2018 to cover resource costs to process first applications. These costs are expected to be incurred between January 2019 and the end of the grace period in June 2021. “
