I wish to request information regarding the meetings, emails and other activities relating to the recent announcement in the change to four hour target. Specifically could you please provide me copies of the discussion/minutes to meetings, emails and other correposndance and any other activities that would have been made between yourselves and other parties pertaining to the Royal College of Emergency Medicine being a stakeholder in the recent change and the decision making that resulted in them not being invited to provide evidence or their expert opinion.
