Regulatory Policy Committee - Enquiries, Regulatory Policy Committee

Stephen,
Thanks for your email.

Please note that the Freedom of Information Act does not currently apply to the Regulatory Policy Committee. We do, however, endeavour to respond within the spirit of any requests.

Details of our budget and spend will be published in our business plan. This will be published in due course - it would usually reflect the financial year, but as a result of the election this has not been possible this year.

Minutes of Committee meetings, including where external guests have been invited, can be found on our website (links towards the bottom of this page https://www.gov.uk/government/organisati... )

Our conflict of interest policy, and list of registered interests, can be found here - https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...

Guidance on how we consider submissions can be found here https://www.gov.uk/the-regulatory-policy... and here https://www.gov.uk/the-regulatory-policy...

I hope this helps.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. If there is anything in particular that you are interested in I'm happy to talk about our work.

Thanks
Ian
