Freedom of Information request - Possessory title claim is fraud as not used

We're waiting for ANGELA COMPASS to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Land Registry,
You have just given someone possessory title when they have never used the land in their stat decs they have told you that they looked at land twice a year the fence they had around the land was low so people could get in. My understanding is to be able to get possessory title you have to use the land so i believe this Title should never of been granted ?
Can you please explain why and how to put this right

Land Registry requirements for an application for adverse possession can
