 I am writing to make an open government request for the following
information to which I believe I am entitled under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

1.      Who is your current Intraocular lens supplier? AMO

2.      What IOL’s are currently being used? Tecnis

3.      When is your next IOL tender due? March 2023

4.      How many IOL’s are used per annum? 1200 (2020/21)

5.      How much is spent per annum  on IOL’s? Approx £80,000
