Dear Dundee City Council Freedom of Information Officer,

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to obtain data on the revenue generated by Low Emission Zone (LEZ) penalty charges within your council's jurisdiction.

To assist with the efficient processing of this request, I would be grateful if you could provide the following information:

1) The total revenue received by the council from LEZ penalty charge notices (PCNs) for the following financial year:
• 1st April 2024 – 31st March 2025

2) For the financial year listed above, the number of LEZ penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued.

I would prefer to receive the information in electronic format, preferably as a CSV or Excel spreadsheet, if possible. If this is not possible, please provide the information in the most accessible format available.

I understand that you are required to respond to this request within 20 working days. If you need any clarification regarding this request, please do not hesitate to contact me.
