Dear Walton High, Milton Keynes,

I am writing to request information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). As a publicly funded institution, your school is considered a public authority and is subject to the FOIA. This Act gives the public a general right of access to recorded information held by public authorities, subject to certain conditions and exemptions. You are obliged to provide the requested information within 20 working days, as specified under Section 10 of the FOIA, unless an exemption applies.

The specific information I am seeking is as follows:

1. Is there a locker provision on the school site for students?

2. If yes, how many individual lockers are there on site (an estimation is fine if this number is not to hand [please indicate if it is an estimate or actual])

3. How many theft incidents have been recorded at school for the last two academic years?

4. How many students have been punished (detention/expel/suspension) due to theft of property incidents?
