I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 regarding teacher numbers and any assessments of their reduction. Specifically, I request the following:
1. Copies of any impact assessments, reviews, or reports conducted by the council since January 1, 2023, evaluating the effects of reducing teacher numbers on:
• Pupil attainment and educational outcomes.
• Teacher workload and wellbeing.
• Class sizes and learning environments.
• The long-term stability of the teaching workforce.
2. Minutes or correspondence from any meetings, since January 1, 2023, where the potential impact of cutting teacher numbers was discussed.
3. Any future plans to commission or undertake impact assessments on reducing teacher numbers.

If no such documents or assessments exist, please confirm this explicitly in your response.
