Freedom of Information request - Haringey HMO Register
Dear Haringey Borough Council,
Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act:-
(a) addresses of all Registered Residential HMO properties that are within your councils' area; and
(b) the maximum number of occupants that each property
referred to in (a) is licensed to hold
(b) the last actual registered number of occupants that each property referred to in (a) holds
(c) the date each of the properties in (a) was last licensed and how many years for (b) expiration date
(d) the names of the owners/licence holders of those properties referred to in (a)
(e) the correspondence addressees of the owners/licence holders of those properties referred to in (a)
Please can I also request for you to provide this in an excel document format?

Thank you for your request for information received on 14 March 2022, in
which you asked for the following:
A copy of the HMO register.
My response is as follows:
A copy of the HMO register is attached. This is a list of all licensed
HMOs including section 257 HMOs. This is the only information we can
provide you with. You will see in the attached that there are two tabs,
both contain the same information but are taken from two different
databases which do not present the register in the same format. They have
been separated for ease of viewing.
If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [1]Corporate
Feedback Team. (Please note you should do so within two months of this
response.)
