Freedom of Information Request: Gov/CAF 17-16
Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,
In your response to Freedom of Information request Gov/CAF 17-16 you mention 4 additional courses and 2 Topics from the "Knowledge Bites" which I would like to know more about.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the general principles of the right to know I would like to request the following information which I am sure is easily available from your intranet as your disclosure under Gov/CAF 17-16 mentions that the majority if not all of these courses are completed via e-learning.
1. For the 4 courses mentioned (Child Protection and Decision Making, 16.4 Private Law, Defensible Decision Making and Developing Private Law Practice Skills) I would like to request copies of course notes / guide / handbook for these courses. (however your organisation describes them internally)
2. Copies of the mentioned "Knowledge Bites" (Emotional Harm and Contact in Private Law Proceedings) and any others not mentioned that were passed onto practitioners in the last 12 months.
Yours faithfully,
Stuart Maskery
