1/ Copies of any Equality Impact Assessments (EQIAs) conducted by or for schools under Glasgow City Council’s jurisdiction regarding the Supporting Transgender Young People in Schools: Guidance for Scottish Schools (https://www.gov.scot/publications/suppor...), since its publication in 2021, focusing on impacts on pupils with the following protected characteristics: Religion & Belief (gender-critical beliefs), Disability and Age.

2/ If no such EQIAs exist, please confirm whether the Council has advised schools to conduct them since 2021.

Clackmannanshire Council has not advised schools to conduct any  Equality
Impact Assessments (EQIAs)  for schools under Glasgow City Council’s
jurisdiction and has not conducted any ourselves.

If you are not satisfied with this response, you may contact the Council's
Legal and Governance Senior Manager seeking a review of your request
within 40 working days of receiving the response (the address is:

email.  If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the review, you have
