I am submitting a Freedom of Information request regarding the charges levied by Croydon Borough Council in the financial year 2023/2024 for:
- Section 278 agreements under the Highways Act 1980.
- Section 38 agreements under the Highways Act 1980.
- Stopping-up orders (under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or other applicable legislation).
