Freedom of information request councils obligations to residents with regards to planning conditions
Dear Fenland District Council,
As a home owner down mikanda close Wisbech cambs when I bought the property a certain amount was retained ready for when road was to be adopted by the cambs highways apart from that the roads and green spaces were to be kept within accordance within the guidelines set out by fenland planning control .
On the question of these conditions what do the council have authority to enforce these conditions.
(1) does the council enforce the green open space being kept tidy free of debris and grass cut throughout spring and summer.
(2) can I have a full copy of planning conditions attached to Harry's way mikanda close.
(3)what's the current situation with regards to road adoption? ( previous correspondence, with fenland district Councillors Sam Hoy Susan Wallwork, MP stephen barclay , cambs highways ,FDC enforcement have all given written correspondence on this matter previously ).

The Council’s response is below with the above attachment included.
(1) does the council enforce the green open space being kept tidy free of
debris and grass cut throughout spring and summer.
The land is owned by the County Council (Highways).
• It is their responsibility to maintain it litter free.
• Fenland District Council uses our contractor to cut the grass 16 times
per annum on the County Council’s behalf.
(2) can I have a full copy of planning conditions attached to Harry's way
Mikanda close.
Please see attached for a copy of the Decision notice and Section 106
Agreement for Harry’s way and please note all Decision Notices can be

application reference is: F/90/0660/F.
(3)what's the current situation with regards to road adoption? ( previous

Roads are adopted by Cambridgeshire County Council Highways department,
please contact them on this matter. Or please provide further
clarification on what it is you are asking Fenland District Council to
provide regarding question 3.
