Freedom of Information request compliance

James Stuart made this Freedom of Information request to Nottingham City Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, like to request details pertaining to your compliance with Freedom of Information legislation.

These details should include, yearly, for the period since enactment:

1. Total number of requests

2. Requests met within statutory time limits

3. Requests met after additional time

4. Requests met after appeal to Information Commissioner

5. Number of requests where data is not held

Please contact me if this is too large in scope, or if you need forther clarification, however I'd hope that you keep sufficient records for this to be a fairly simple exercise.

Yours faithfully,

James Stuart
