Hello,

I am writing to lodge a Freedom of Information request concerning SDS' Equality Advisory Group.

In particular, I am seeking copies of all documents and correspondence - including emails, letters, phone records, meeting minutes and notes – containing information relevant to Grahame Smith’s role as Chair of the SDS Equality Advisory Group, including information pertaining to his appointment, his tenure, his time in office, and his subsequent departure from that role.

If I have phrased anything in this request which would prohibit it being answered as comprehensively as possible, I kindly ask that you notify me about this and offer the opportunity to make the necessary changes.
