which you requested:

1. The total number of 2-bedroom social housing houses with offered and
let to residents during the period of 2022-2023 & 2023-2024.

2. If possible, please include a breakdown by area within Southwark,
indicating the specific neighborhood or ward each property belonged to
(e.g., Dulwich, Borough & Bankside, Peckham, Nunhead, etc.). 

 
We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 and we aim to send a response by 10 December 2024.
 
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 may restrict the release of some or

Thank you for your response to my Freedom of Information request
(reference number 32345269).
 
I appreciate the detailed breakdown you provided regarding two-bedroom
social housing properties offered and let to residents during 2022-2023
and 2023-2024.
 
However, I would like to clarify my original request. Specifically, I am
seeking information on how many of the two-bedroom properties were houses
(e.g., semi-detached, detached, and terraced houses), as opposed to flats,
maisonettes, or other property types.
 
If possible, I would also appreciate a breakdown of these house types by
area, as was done in your previous response.
