1. The Council has a byelaw that applies to the Pleasure Grounds at the Recreation, Bancroft and Tramway in Stratford-upon-Avon that covers
the use of drones.
a. The date of the byelaw is 11 January 2023.
b. This be viewed on the Council's website by typing in byelaw. Here is also the link for ease:

2. The Council's response is set out above for Council land that covers the use of drones.
