Section 8(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 sets out the
requirements of a valid request and says that a request must, amongst
other things, 'state the name of the applicant and address for
correspondence'.
As you have not provided a name, your request is not valid under the terms
of the Act.
ICO guidance states “a title and/or first name with surname satisfies the
requirement for provision of a real name”.

recreational use of drones within the local authority. Your request was

Response: We do not have any byelaws specific to flying a drone.

Response: We are not aware of any policies on the subject of drones. It
should be noted that Article 20 of the Pleasure Grounds and Open Spaces
Byelaws (attached) provides that ‘A person shall not in [a] pleasure
ground wilfully obstruct, disturb, interrupt or annoy any other person in
the use of the pleasure ground….’
