Freedom of Information Request - Ballyree Drain MW3643
Dear Department for Infrastructure (Northern Ireland),
I am currently having issues with erosion at the rear of my land caused by the above mentioned drain. As a designated watercourse, I have been advised that this is inspected annually and any required maintenance works considered necessary to maintain it in a free flowing condition, to facilitiate drainage outlets and to reduce the risk of flooding are completed.
The drain at the rear of my property contains an outlet (covered by a grill) and the area is severly overgrown and I am unaware of any inspections every being carried out in the area.
Please provide, by post or email) ALL discoverable informaiton, models, drawings, maps, information and any other relevant documents under the Freedom of Information Act relating to the Ballyree Drain between Gransha Road and Bexley Road, Bangor since 2011.
