You requested the following;-

Please provide a complete list of business addresses and their occupiers
with rateable
values between £2,000 and £100,000 and any that are NOT in receipt of
small business rate relief.

Please also list their property description, actual liability (i.e. rates
payable), what
date they are liable from and indicate if the account is live or not.

Please note we do not publish the names of individuals, only companies and
organisations.

The information provided is current. Any chargeable properties in the
valuation list will have a live account associated with them.

I am unable to provide the annual liability less reliefs for all the
individual business rates accounts.

However, you can work out this information using the rateable value
information provided and the current business rates multipliers which are
as follows

• Small business multiplier 49.9 pence (rateable values £51,000 and
below).
• Standard multiplier 51.2 pence (rateable values above £51,000).

Any information regarding reliefs and exemptions is also available from
the website.

right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
