Freedom of information officers employed by your Police Authority

The request was refused by Avon and Somerset Constabulary.

Dear Avon and Somerset Constabulary,
In respect of Freedom Of Information Officers employed by your Police Authority.

Can you tell me please?

1). How many staff work in the Freedom Of Information Department, this is in any role.?
2). What days of the week does each individual work?
3). What hours do each individual work?
4). Have they worked any weekends since April 2014?
5). If the answer to 4) is yes, is this classed as a working day or is it classed as overtime?

I expect an answer within the 20 working days outlined in the Act.

Yours faithfully,

Philip Piper

Philip,

Is this not the same as your earlier (and answered) request? https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

If there is a subtle difference, you might want to point it out.

The questions are subtly different from the original and designed to determine their exact hours/days of work, this is important when they respond 'out of time'

Ah got you.

If I missed it, can be sure A&S will ;)
