Curtis Bloxham,

Hello Dr Shaw,

I am writing to you regarding your pothole claim.

I visited site as per your location description but was unable to locate
any potholes within that area.

Could you possibly send through a little more information as to where
abouts this incident occurred?

Many thanks,

Curtis Bloxham

Dear Curtis Bloxham,

Thanks for your message. Sorry for the delay in replying but I have been away.

You wouldn't have found the pothole as it was repaired in April. I have been sent a long form to complete to progress my claim, despite previously sending all the relevant information to WSCC. I will complete this in due course and forward it to WSCC but if you care to peruse the documentation already sent it contains the information you request above

Yours sincerely,

Dr M M Shaw
