Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Freedom of information about the inspection conducted by UKBA on 07/11/2012 at Avatars Golden Fry Ltd. Middlesbrough.'.
The Home Office has given me the information that the Sponsor Management Unit had done a compliance check of the premises but had not answered the rest of the questions about the inspection on the pretext that the disclosure would be likely to prejudice the operation of immigration controls; result in an actionable breach of confidence or prejudice commercial interests. These might be because of certain articles in the law but if these questions are answered, this could result in exposing one of the biggest fraud in the history of UK done by any SME. The fraud include immigration fraud, tax evasion, benefit fraud, wilfully providing wrong information to the authorities, promoting slavery and the list goes on and on. So be it actionable breach of confidence or commercial interest of the company or prejudice in the actions of border controls, none of these overpowers the people's right to know the type of fraud, the extent of fraud and the amount of loss it has done and is doing to the country's economy, society and the people. So I would request you to please look into the matter, do the needful and oblige.
Thanking you
Yours faithfully,

Bankim
