I refer to your request to the council received on 19/02/2024 for the
following:

The details we require are: • What are the contractual performance KPI's
for this contract? • Current annual volume in tonnes? • How the material
is presented? • Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each
framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT
stages • Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from
the start of the contract to the current date • Start date & duration of
framework/contract? • Could you please provide a copy of the
service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract
was last advertised? • Is there an extension clause in the
framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension? • Has
a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being
either extended or renewed? • Who is the senior officer (outside of
procurement) responsible for this contract? .

We will respond to your request in accordance with the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, within 20 working days, from the day after your
request was received. We will therefore aim to respond to your request by
18/03/2024.

dissatisfied with this response you have a right to appeal to an
independent officer within the council. They will re-examine your request
and assess whether we have adhered to the requirements of the act. Should
you wish to follow this course of action please address your concerns in

to ask the Information Commissioner to decide whether we have met with our
obligations under the act.  The Commissioner has however made it clear
