Dear Dorset Police,
I would like to know the number of 'on duty' officers who frequently visit Subway, 11 Dolphin Centre, Poole, BH151SZ for 'respite'. The freebies, discounts and privileges offered to and taken by 'on duty' officers at this establishment.

We acknowledge receipt of your Freedom of Information Request received
23/04/2018:

 

I would like to know the number of 'on duty' officers who frequently visit
Subway, 11 Dolphin Centre, Poole, BH151SZ for 'respite'. The freebies,
discounts  and privileges offered to and taken by 'on duty' officers at
this establishment.

 

We cannot continue with this request until clarification has been provided
on the following:

·         A time frame to search on.

·         What do you mean by ‘frequently’? Please define the number of
visits required for this.

 

Further advice:

·         We are unlikely to tell you what freebies, discounts and
privileges were taken by ‘on duty’ officers.

 

After receiving your reply, your request will then be considered. As
defined under the Act in 20 working days from this date you will receive
the information, subject to the provisions of that Act.

However, if the requested information has not been received by 08/05/2018
I will assume you will no longer wish to proceed with this request and it
will be treated as withdrawn and subsequently closed.

A suitable time frame - 1st November 2017 to 21st April 2018
'Frequently' - More than once in this time frame
It is very much in the public interest to know what freebies, discounts and privileges were taken as these are likely to bias officers in there decisions and actions.
