Dear Waltham Forest Borough Council,

Please send me an up-to-date list and a map of all places in Walthamstow (E17) where parking is free. Please also include whether parking is free for just 2 hours or where it's unlimited parking.

I’m looking forward to your more specific reply and would especially appreciate it if you could not just use words and lists but if you could provide a map as well. (Not of the parking ones but of the streets where there is free parking.)
