Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Further to my previous Foi request FOI2020/50984
I would like to make a revised request in line with the advice provided by the dwp Foi team.

For the period August 2019 to September 2020 please confirm by month
1) the number of households on legacy benefits who have reported that a new claim for
universal credit has been fraudulently submitted in
 their name(s)

2) looking at the number of these fraudulent claims reported each month, please
confirm what
percentage they represent of all new UC claims in that month

Yours faithfully,

K Mills
