As Wandsworth Borough Council is involved in money laundering,falsifying and forgering of documents,theft of my and other properties you are required provide:
AP1 form you have submitted to Land Registry to change the title deeds TGL120144 by fraud?
TR1 form and who has signed it,falsifying and forgering my signature?
To whom did you pay £640,000 and why?
Certified Council's Accounting records (extracts) to show the transaction of £640,000 has been recorded in acordance with GAAP and financial standards?
Proof that you have paid stamp duty?
Any excuse that this request is vexetious and information cannot be publically viewed as it is exempt by Data Protection Act will be construed as further attempt to cover fraudelent activities the council and its officials are conducted in the name of public service and democracy.

see the information below in response to your request: -

property.  As Wandsworth Borough Council is involved in money laundering,
falsifying and forging of documents, theft of my and other properties you
are required provide:-

Please refer to the attached AP1 document which has been redacted of third
party names, contact details and reference numbers as this is considered
to be their personal information.  Please note that this personal
information is exempt from disclosure under Section 40 (2) of the Freedom
of Information Act 2000 as disclosure would result in a breach of the
first data protection principle.

 

TR1 form and who has signed it, falsifying  and forging my signature?

Please find attached a copy of the TR2 which has been redacted of third
party names and signatures as this is considered to be their personal
information.  Please note that this personal information is exempt from
disclosure under Section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as
disclosure would result in a breach of the first data protection
principle.

 

To whom did you pay £640,000 and why?

As depicted in the TR2, the sum of £640,000 was paid to the Seller for the
purchase of 21 Wye Street by the Council.

 

Certified Council's Accounting records (extracts) to show the transaction
of £640,000 has been recorded in accordance with GAAP and financial
standards?

The transaction will be included as a capital payment in the Council’s
accounts, which will be prepared under International Financial Reporting
Standards and the Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting in the
United Kingdom 2016/17.

 

Proof that you have paid stamp duty?

                A copy of the Stamp Duty Certificate is attached
evidencing payment.
