Could you please disclose how many employees have been suspended over
allegations of fraud in each year going back to 2017 - The council does
not hold data on suspension reasons and so we are unable to say whether
they were for fraud or not.

How many of those were suspended on full pay? If you can, please provide
detail on the type of fraud.
