Thank you for your request for information received on 12th March. This request is 
being handled under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
Your request & our response 
This request concerns the ban on motor vehicles introduced in The Cut SE1 (on the 
Southwark/Lambeth border) in October 2020, enforced by camera.
 
There were no moving vehicle offences recorded as occurring on The Cut, or on the 
roads intersecting it (Hatfield, Greet Street or Short Street).  
 
For each week since October 2020, please list:
 
 
i)                    the number of motor vehicles recorded as travelling along the 
restricted section of the street
0 - There is no camera with the location name The Cut, Hatfield, Greet Street or Short 
Street
 
 
ii)                   the number of fixed penalty notices issued
 
Although Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) would be issued for vehicles entering this 
area, rather than Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs), there were no FPNs issued in the 
section of road which is covered by the TMO issued 2/10/20.
