Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

In relation to the proposed reduction in the speed limit on Foxcombe Road, Boars Hill:

Please provide a copy of all traffic data that the council holds for Foxcombe Road, Boars Hill, and for any section of road within 50m of any part of Foxcombe Road, Boars Hill, over the past 10 years.

This refers in particular to any recent traffic surveys conducted in connection with this possible speed limit reduction, and any other surveys of traffic movement, including traffic speed and volume.

It also refers to accident data for Foxcombe Road, Boars Hill and for any section of any other road again within 50m of any part of Foxcombe Road, Boars Hill.

It should include a full listing of recorded accidents, for example STATS 19, and a plan of accident locations.

It should also include a listing of survey location points and the method used, which should also be shown on a plan.

Please provide the data in electronic form, and use PDF, JPG, DOC or XLS format - not DOCX or XLSX.

If data for the entire period of 10 years is not held, then please provide as much of it as is held, with an explanation for the part that is not.
